Others experience with ZF Black Bay SELs?

Recently picked up a ZF Black Bay Harrods Edition and I’ve noticed quite a large amount of play in the solid end links. Both from lug to lug and between crown and bracelet. It’s actually quite similar to my SKX009.
Is this usual with ZFs? I’ve never held a gen so I’ve got nothing to compare to. I do wonder if I’m being a bit harsh given this is my second rep and my first was an ARF 126600, which of course is noted for it’s exceptional build quality. I’m also aware one is a €250 watch and the other is almost €500.
Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?

Look at the springbar diameter. If it‘s 1,8mm try to push in 2,0mm. This worked really fine on my ZF BB blue eta. Now my SELs are tight as hell and haven’t got any play.

First port of call would be to change out the spring bars as pointed out above.
