nato straps

I'm reaching out to my RWI family to ask.....can someone recommend a slim NATO strap? I ordered one that was 1.4mm thick and it won't fit my rolex submariner. The strap Andrew included with the watch is ok just a bit stiff and not as comfy as id prefer. Thanks all

p.s yes I read as much as i could on the strap section but I'm looking for actual users for advice.
