no comms on order?

I placed an order on toro's website on Sunday evening 18 March by using my credit card. initially I thought the order hadn't gone through as the website stated 'please wait' when I clicked confirm. after waiting for the site to confirm the order for 10 mins I eventually gave up and closed the page. I then sent a PM from this site to toro regarding this and as yet have not received a response.

I then yesterday on 19 March checked my credit card online and the money has gone through and the transaction on the website states the order is pending. I then sent another PM on 19 March just confirming to toro it did go through but as yet have not had a response (sent the same message on his website). is this normal should I expect at least a confirmation email? thanks
