Had a post like this going on another forum and found it interesting so lets get it going.

Post your current lifts and your best lifts if you want. Also, feel free to add your favorite lifts into the lists. And no lying! No one cares if you can bench a house or a small child. Also mark LBs or KGs so we know what unit youre using.

Height - 5'9"
Weight - 205lbs
BF% - Unkown Currently

Bench - 335lb currently (365lb pre shoulder surgery 2015)
Squat - 415lb w/ knee support (305lb w/o knee support)
Deadlift - 375lb no straps (510lb pre herniated disc 2016)
Power Clean - 225lb x 6. Havent maxed these in a long time. too much risk w/ bad knees and a bad back.
Overhead Press - 275lb

It’s been a while since I’ve lifted, and when I did train I never did 1RM, usually never less than five reps, but.

When I trained for soccer and was 5’6, 160 lbs

Bench 315 lbs for 2 reps
Squat 405 lbs for 3
Deadlift 495 lbs for 3

That was about ten years ago though

More recently when I was bodybuilding, let’s say 210 lbs

Bench 225 lbs for 26 reps
Squat 405 lbs for 5
Deadlift 495 lbs for 6

That was five years ago, I haven’t lifted since.

Just found out yesterday I will be having my neck operated on this summer, one disc replacement and one fusion. So maybe in a year or so I can get some new numbers

It seems that these were numbers from around 2013 year...
Height: 178
Weighing ~ 118-123 kg, the best numbers are without equipment, but with bandages and of course, not in competitive conditions.
Bench press: 240kg*2
Squats: 320kg*2
I didn’t do deadlifts during my best strength period, but probably for good. I think ~ 260-280 kg., could pull out, one way or another.

Some great lifts on here!

192cm 280lbs

deadlift 242kg
squat 210kg
bench 148kg

I’ve got to get my numbers up by about 85kg total across those three lifts to compete in British powerlifting. That’s the aim anyway.
