Err, what do you do?

I'm Scott, 32 this year.

177 cm, 102 kg (sigh)

I used to lift a bit (stronglifts). I also used to cycle and run.

For sports, I used to do kendo (ZNKR 2-dan) and iaido (Oomori-ryuu 1-dan).

5' 7" 185 LBS.
I still lift everyday...I was a national level bodybuilder back in the day.
Also cycle and elliptical for cardio and yoga twice a week.
Have been retired for a year. It is something I highly recommend !
I also was into martial arts (Chinese Kenpo, and Wing - Chun)

5'5 ,90 kg, 200 lbs
Overweight for sure but also much more muscle than average. Simple height and weight can be deceiving depending on muscle mass.

Karate 5 and 12 years

Soccer 7 to 22 years

Bodybuilding provincial and national 26 to 32 years

Now dealing with injuries the last couple of years and just trying to get healthy and back to activity as well as lose 40 pounds

Still use a rowing machine for 5000 meters almost every day though!

I love a small touch of Western food. There is a thread about "Food and Watches" with some of my dishes on there.
For my restaurant I cook mainly Vietnamese modern cuisine! Ever heard of "Pho Bo" (beef noodle soup)? ;)

For dietary requirement, Im sure our guys here would avoid Gluten and sugar at most for a healthy diet! Brown rice and Green Chicken curry can do really well. Side dish would be Green Paw Paw salad and steamed local tiger prawn :)
