"Stand Your Ground Laws" does your State have this Law ??

It's sketchy and open to intepretation by prosecutors (who can be affected by politics etc.).

There are so many ways this could've gone, and the shooter is fortunate he didn't live someplace else that would've resulted in him being prosecuted and spending the last few years of his life incarcerated....

Texas rules. Come.in my house or car at night (bang bang) legal during the day just use common sense dont hit the assailant in the back.

NC has Castle Domain law - from what I understand, it's basically "stand your ground". Either way, if someone enters my home, I'll take my risk in court before I allow them the opportunity to injure, rape or murder my family.
