Mga kababayan, new member here.

I ordered from a TD last December 23. Package was sent thru EMS. I got the tracking number. Everytime I track the package, it says "Jan. 8. enroute to delivery office" . This is my first order. I'm starting to worry.

I would appreciate if you could give me any tips on this. Any tips?

You might wanna ring EMS and follow up on your package. To be honest, I never use EMS before. Does it say that the package was already in the Phil? if so, just call EMS. Due to the number of packages that's for delivery during the holidays, it might take a while.

Hello guys pumunta ako sa customs sa philpost para iclaim yung watch ko but when binigay ko yung proof or puchase and payment reciept ko di nila tanggapin kasi kung fake icoconfiscate nila ang rolex pero kung ma prove ko na orig yun ibibigay nila sa akin. Ano dapat kong gawin? Thanks

Magandang gabi po sa inyo! Plano ko sanang bumili sa InTime, kumusta naman ang experience ninyo? Hindi ba nagkaproblema sa Customs?

Nakabili na rin ako ng relo sa mga Overseas seller sa Shopee at Lazada, wala namang problema sa Shipping. Siguro pareho lang naman yun.

Kung hindi ako nagkakamali, ang “enroute to delivery office” ay papunta na sa Local Post Office. Yan din ang status ng mga orders ko sa eBay kapag parating na sa P.O.

Lucy from truetime Ang go to td ko. But you need to be patient with her. Medyo matagal sa kanya. One woman team kasi. She does everything herself. If I were you hintayin ko muna matapos Ang Chinese new year. One month after cny ka na nagorder. Kasi may back log pa Yan.

But reading some of the thread here i read that customs are a lot stricter now? Anybody recently ordered and received their watch?

Feeling ko yung customs ganun pa rin, I cannot say personally kasi wala pa ko pinaship sa pnas. Pero yung mga kakilala ko wala naman daw nagbago. Never had a problem with customs but I was using regular mail before. Waiting time is longer but my TD and I thinks is safer. My first rep back in 2013 was ap diver v3.5 also, then sold it to buy v7. Welcome back.

I had about 10 deliveries from US and Td's since 2014-2017, back then I never had a problem. Although there was this once shipment from Thailand (m2m purchase) that took 3 month to arrive. Pero sabi ko nga, regular mail gamit ko and a provincial address, they fly under the customs radar. Lol. Being said, I got a friend here who used DHL and was confiscated. Lol. So there's still that.
