-The Seagull 2836-2 clone movement has been serviced and regulated to <COSC timing

-there is a small crack on the bazel near the pip, almost non-noticable

I am more concerned about the other buyer, in reflection of O.P.'s sales record I paid the 4%, it's still not a good practice to take payments from two buyers without refunding the first one, if the latter is preferred over the former....

...neither is auctioning style allowed to take payment from one buyer - keep him on the loop then sell it to another buyer possibly for a higher amount....
