OK he had a watch for sale , top of the line , then he bought a watch from someone else , got the guy who bought his watch to pay (unkowingly) to the guy he bought the watch from (he gave the other guys payment info ) then he switched the watch he was selling with a POS, and sent it off .

of course his buyer now wants a refund and contacts the guy he sent payment too , but that guy has already shipped his watch off because he recieved payment ...

Well if the brig threads have taught me anything it's that this con-man has made a grave error and would be remiss nye regretful if he did not make restitution ASAP. Good luck scammer seems you may have stepped in it...

I normally don’t comment in the brig section but in the spirit of full disclosure, I and another person unknowingly got screwed on this.

I sold a watch to person A.
At the same time person A lists a watch.
Person B buys the watch from person A.
Person A asks person B to pay me instead.
Person A gets an expensive and hard to find watch from me.
Person B gets a lower end watch, it’s still an OK watch but not at equivalent value.

In this case person B has been around and so I thought, ok he’s a good person.

What this highlights boys and girls, only accept payment from the person buying your watch and not from someone you don’t know. You heard of triangle shipping, now you’re hearing of triangle scamming.

He has two of my frankens that were supposed to be delivered today.

Hulk Franken and regular ceramic Franken.

The high end watch was probably one of my watches.

Anyone who has additional information on him would be greatly appreciated, gave the information I have to Raddave.

Found him on LinkedIn. Looks like he just started a new job. Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Just found out that he scammed another brother with one of my frankens. Absolutely sick to my stomach. If anyone can send me his email, that would be greatly appreciated, my trusting dumbass sent him Venmo to steal my watches.

No he was a 3rd party , one of Rolex79's watches was offered to victim 2 , but never shipped to him

I have a feeling the more of his info gets posted here the sooner he will realize the consequences of his actions. I’m CA based but I’m sure a few calls to his supervisors would light the fire under his ass. The least we can do is get him fired.
