Dumb question but how did a picture of him get found? He wasn't stupid enough to attach it as his profile pic or avatar was he?

It's all public record. Further, it is part of the Terms, Conditions and Agreements which each member agrees to when you sign up for an RWI account. Not only is his personal information all public record and placed on the internet by the prisoner, but he has also specifically agreed that we can use it when he attempts to defraud another member. It is going to get much worse for this young man.
