building 16660 with gen DWO.. which movement? SA3135? SH3135? Yuki3135?

I will reply here instead of your PM's so others can learn as well :)

There are 3 different Rolex calibre 3135 clones: Yuki 3135, SH3135, VR3135. The VR is the best in my opinion. The SA3135 is not a true clone and is just shit, also my opinion. But most people will agree on this.

Make sure a 3135 clone fits in your 16660 case.

As for the date disc, a genuine 3135 date disc will fit after a small modification or use a genuine date seating plate. A 3035 date disc will not fit and the numbers are printed in the wrong order. Because the 3135 date turns clockwise, and the 3035 turns counterclockwise. The link you showed is for a 3035, not a 3135. I know the website states it is for both, but it's not. I learned this the hard way too...

An open 6/9 date disc for 3135 is very very rare, I have some, but they don't come cheap. A regular one is cheaper.
