I think you should search for a Miyota/Citizen stem... DG2813 is the same as Miyota 8215...

Ok... it doesn't say "same stem"... but I was aware that asian 21J is a Miyota clone...
"compatible to Miyota 8215, 821A (Dm, stem position, dial feet)"
