Hello everybody,
currently I'm over a franken gmt build and I ordered a new DG3804
But I have a problem with the movement. When the hands are on, it won't start. I gave it about 30 manual winds and I also shook it. You can hear that the crown and the rotor are winding the spring.
When I touch this little gear with a toothpick, it starts to run but stops. Sometimes it stops immediately, other times it runs for two or three seconds and then it stops. You can see this in the video:

Does anybody know what the problem could be?
