AP 15400 movement - this is just a decorated 21J right?

Trying to sort out what movement is on my AP 15400.. which is the 2nd rep I ever bought ever. The seller claimed that it was a 'very high end miyota' which is a total lie.. looking back I should have known better.

The movement is decorated but comparing it to photos of movements online I think this is 21j. Can the experts weigh in? Thanks!

Look's like a decorated 2813 aka 21J. The 2813 is clone of a Miyota 8215 which is not a high end movement, it is entry level.

Who sold it to you ?

Looks like a DHgate level watch. Shouldn't be more than $95 new. Hope you didn't pay much.

Yep - it was the fault of being 'new' to the hobby, lol. I learned so much since then! The seller is actually a TD (i thought 'trusted' mean I could actually trust them, ha.), and I did pay quite a bit (although even DHGate 15400 were going for $160 ish at the time)

But hey! this beaut will be hitting the M2M soon!
