Trying to figure out what movement my watch is using, I've taken the back off and found the numbers 2813G. What does this mean?

Is that not normal then? Any idea where it was made? It's a Rolex Air King.

Also I've got a Rolex Milgauss, bought from the same person, as they are similar designs I thought they would have the same movement, but I've taken the back off, and it appears there is another back on the inside!

I've got a couple of Tudor reps here off of Dhgate that have movements stamped 2813C, anyone got any ideas who made these and What the C stands for?
