I am in the middle of my first ETA swap.
The dial is back on the ETA 2824 and hour and minute hands are in place.
Seconds hand looks like the hole too large.

I noticed the old Asian movement has this “spacer” on the “cannon pin” (don’t know the correct name)
Am I supposed to pull off this spacer and move over or was I supposed to replace this whole center gear from the old movement onto the new one?

any tips would be appreciated before Inbreak something

Figured it out.
I realized that the spacer being attached to the seconds pin is separate than the cannon pinion. It would mean pulling the whole movement apart to swap seconds pins. So gave it a light pull and it came off.

Then proceeded to lose it. Then finally found it.
Seconds hand now attached.
