I ordered my first watch and received this picture unfortunately I don't speak Chinese and I'm also not familiar with the range of the values. Is this minus 11s per day?

It would seem so. Compared to how this is usually displayed on timegraphers I would assume that it is -11 sec/day, Amplitude 262 and beaterror 0,3.

Hey mate, please tell us which watch or which movement is displayed in this case, in general i wont consider those values as a bad movement or even a bad watch. For some movements this is as good as it gets. Sure you can try to adjust it even better and maybe reach +-0 sec/day but this is not necessary for every rep movement. I would accept it because amplitude and beat error are in a healthy range.

Hell no, for a 23j movement, which is probably a DG it's excellent.
