Tag F1 Vk vs Swiss quartz?

Looking at the Tag F1 on trusty and other TDs and see they have the VK quartz or the Swiss quartz movement option.. is the swiss one worth the extra 100USD? Want a watch as close to the original as possible but assume the two will be the same case etc just jap vs quartz movement?

in chrono, the seiko VK has a movement of the hands like an automatic. Swiss quartz will be a classic chronograph quartz. reliability probably the same
