I've noticed that a lot of the TD's have Tag Calibre watches with quartz movements.

This is an example of one that is just that: http://www.trustytime.cc/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=41_211&products_id=15170.

I know this is a very subjective question, but what do you think the chances are of being called out for something like this? I stupidly purchased one before realizing it said 'Calibre 5' on the face and now I am worried it will be a dead give away for anyone who looks at it.

Do you need quartz movement for some reason?
The vph of the watch are easily shown to people that like watches. If your watch divide the minute in 60 movements, it will shown.
I 'm sure that a watch smith could change the quartz movement with a mechanical one in this watch.

There are asian movements and swiss to choose but you need the help of an experienced professional.

Nice watch, not too flashy and robust. Enjoy!

ps; of course a mod like that will need a proper movement holder and, in worst case, a pair of hands or even a date wheel also.
Doesn't cost thousands but it's "recommended" to be in love with it to do it.
