Aquaracer bezel pearl issue

Hi I own way2113.ba.0928 replica and Its brilliant apart from the bezel pearl. It does look different to the gen one and I was just wondering if it's possible to remove existing pearl and get the new one? Is it something that a watch smith would do? Or Would that be possible to insert genuine bezel? Where could I find one?
