Issues with pictures

Anyone else having issues where the pictures for threads aren’t visible? This is happening on both the mobile RWI app, and Tapatalk. All that shows is the picture ‘address’ typed out.

I experienced it just this morning, I saw a popup on the Tapatalk app telling me if I had installed some adblocking app in my android, it might affect connectivity to the forums....

I have an android phone and no app of any kind... connecting by the net I can't see ANY picture in the forum...

photos uploaded with tapa, show fine on tapa
if they were uploaded through PC, they don't show in tapa

It's a Tapa issue guys, nothing we can do until they upgrade their software. It's a known issue with vB5 fora compatibility.
When you post from Tapa you are not posting directly to RWI you are posting to their servers and then they post on RWI on your behalf. We have no control over this issue worse luck.

mech500 Mate, I really don't care about phones... I care about my watches and my Photo Gear... my phone is useful for calls and, occasionally, to browse the web...

Oh yeah I have been seeing it like this a lot too! However, this only occurs whenever I access the forum through TapaTalk on Android, whilst when accessing through TapaTalk on iOS, things seem to work fine, but I can’t seem to be able to drop a PM (only TapaTalk private chat is possible). So I am seeing pros and cons amidst Tapa on iOS and Android here.

Hehe. I’m just messing man. I have a beat up iPhone 6 with a cracked screen but it’s fit for purpose.

This was happening to my post when I added the photos using the photo icon. When I added them directly to the body of my post using the tag it, showed my pics on tapatalk. Also it seemed to help using http instead of https on my direct photo links.
