I had to send him 2 messages and we are pretty good mates but he replied this morning and said Lana and team are mega busy and my Pepsi qc could be 2 days and I ordered pretty early on!
Don’t panic, he will reply and his team will look after us all I’m sure.
Also he will have to deal with all manner of shite from some people as we know and that takes his time away from the good ones!

Really looking forward to this release. Since I first joined RWI a few years ago, my initial intentions were to find a decent BLNR rep. I wasn't comfortable with the timebomb movements, or the ICHS, so I ended up settling for a DSSD which I still love and have til this day. CF's BLRO looks promising, as I'm not as much of a stickler on some of the details, although I do appreciate people pointing them out, and it opens my eyes a bit more to what to look for.

Can't wait to see reviews on this once people begin to get it in hand. This may just be my next purchase as well.

So got mine as well. Like many others noted previously, this batch came with a few flaws (not a deal killer IMO). The most prominent ones based on some of other ppls QCs are the misaligned datewheel (too high and to the left) as well as slight disalignement with he rehaut particularly at 3-5. Not a deal killer but here is my date wheel which IMO looks bad. I can deal with the rest of stuff, fat case, lugs, micro metric smaller hand etc. waiting for better date alignment and will GL mine as well.

I know how these threads go, lol. After taking apart the watch in super-macro shots and pointing out all the flaws, members start receiving theirs and in the end are blown away with the live example. It is not easy to see all those flaws in real life.

The usual disclaimer: Not an expert, but this one looks like one of the best Pepsis I´ve seen. Definitely the best bezel overall, I never understood how people could live with bezels with thinly- engraved numbers, sometimes frankening the hell out of them with other gen parts.

All other details, maybe they can be modded. The crystal looks good also. If it is in the VSF level, I´m game

Despite wanting a BLNR that's partially why I've not ordered (or pre-ordered really) one yet.

Once the TDs have your money, they know they've already got a sale.

Unless you’re on good and familiar terms with the TD he’ll put your order to the back of the queue and you wait for a new watch as though your order is new. If your rejection is unreasonable you might get a refund instead of a watch.

Honestly the qc photos make the red on the bezel insert look not too bad. Assuming that translates well into real life then it's actually a decent insert. I'll get one when they fix the weird looking bezel rim and fat lugs in 6 months.

The color of the bezel is dependent on the lighting. Artificial lighting sucks for many watches, including gen. I remember when I had a gen 116610 I was so upset that the bezel looked horrible in my not so greatly lit office. Since we moved offices, got better lighting even the worst rep looks decent!

Not to mention, gen has something like 3 or 4 versions of these pepsi inserts going around, so I highly doubt it would be a true call out unless it has horrible speed bumps on the 6 and 18.
