He is still in the business. He made changes on the case what lead to problems. These are solved now. But the situation with Covid also causes delays

Do you know how to get in touch with him? I don't mind a delay.

Pssssstttt.....
There are some rumors, yes. But don't put him under pressure. If he has something ready I'm sure it will be discussed in this forum.

And one word to anybody want to buy something from him. He's an enthusiast who want's to deliver the best case available. He produces batches of a few 10 to a hundred, maybe more. He has not the capacities the factories have. Be polite, do not ask him how much discount you'll get when buying 2 or 5. He will offer you the best price he can do.

Heads up guys. The cases are back on eBay. He has six available. Kinda pricey, but if you want the best vintage DJ build, I suggest you guys go for it before it sells out.

Right, the price has raised a bit. But he also improved the case in the meanwhile. So the v2 case is better now than the recently known v1 that has been sold for ~ $ 400.
My 16234 build (I will write a detailed review about it shortly) is based on the v2 case already. My 16233 build is based on the v1 case, so I can compare both.

Hello,
here is the ebay link for those of you wondering https://www.ebay.com/itm/403729547398
I have to say that it is really outside of my budget. I also noticed that the lugs are not drilled.
However, correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like the perfect candidate for a 14270 build.

Can't wait dude. I wanna see if it's worth picking another one up. By the way, what endlinks are you using for your DJ?

It’s not a bad price. I paid $700 for a Viet Nam 16710 case.

As always, patience is the order of the day. I could now follow some batches, there will certainly be cases from him on eBay again soon.

wow 470 usd
i am more inclined to dremel the hell out of my raffles case to make it fit a vr3135 movement

Hey pompompurin , slightly off topic maybe, but would you care to elaborate about this?
Did you ever manage to fit a VR3135 in a raffle case? If so what case did you use? the 2824 or the 2836 one?
