Datejust SS Fluted bezel vs gen

I've read that rep fluted bezel is made from SS where as gen is only available in white gold, is this a dead give away?

also looking for the best 36mm datejust if anyone has any suggestions? GMF vs VSF vs ARF?

If you like the look of it. Also a rep with smooth bezel is closer to gen in therms of watch weight.

That's true but we are talking about a couple grams, nothing noticeable at all

This is WG plated bezel tho. I can slightly tell the difference from SS bezel, so the gen bezel has diff too

closest to gen in my opinion for 41mm is VSF > ARF > by a long shot GMF > anything else

since VSF doesn't make 36mm, I think ARF has GMF beat
