No, the OP had a lumed insert and crown. I believe it to be the horrible Ice Watch look-alike already referenced. (The one you posted is horrible as well)

I bought the phantom lab submariner on instagram page. the quality of the case is terrible. it cracks during the wear. do not buy that shit
