Someone posted this on the gen rolex forums today. Brought back some memories! You guys remember the good (bad) old reps with GELENA SHITINERAND on the back from decades ago?

I'd seen this discussed before (and someone here has GELENA SHITINERAND as their sig, which always makes me smile) but I'd not previously noticed that it was on the outside of the caseback - I thought it was a hidden gem on the inside, in the normal place. This makes it even funnier.

If anyone has one of these, whether a whole watch or just the caseback, I'd love to add it to my rep Rolie collection.

Yeah, I think the 6497 had that flaw too for a while. These newbies don’t know how good they have it nowadays lol.
