I replaced every part in VS3235 and they are all interchangeable except two:
1) main plate -- nowhere to purchase
2) low cap jewel (of balance wheel), on the main plate: VS one I am 100% sure it is transferred from 2892, but jewel is different since staff diameter is different. So cannot be able to replace it to a genuine one. If you do, it will damage the main plate. It is smaller than Rolex cap jewel.
But I saw recent Clean GMT has an upgraded VS3235 with different low cap jewel design, might be interchangeable -- however, I lost interest to buy another VS3235, already bought two...
All the rest are interchangeable, even stem/crown (warning, Clean version does not)
