I doubt it’s a scam... My guess is that they’ve priced it up and discovered they can make a quick profit by parting it out. Maybe. I’ve edited this post twice now, because... I really haven’t got a clue!

Seriously, if I had a brand new 126610LN at hand, I'd put it up for 18k and wait for that guy who just doesn't care how much he spends. Imagine disassembling it and by some weird accident leaving a scratch in the dial or a dent on the case. There go 2000 bucks.
