Is it the recession that is making the SELs look so gappy? The gen SELs aren't recessed like the submariner.

They do have slight recession like the new subs. Mine should drive next week.

Are there any news if the 126660 Deepsea D-Blue with 44mm is coming as well?

I wondered that too but actually the gen has some angle in certain photo shots. They are not as vertical as subs anyway.

JF/ARF same maker. There’s no JF SD43, its ARF. V3 below. I have an XF on order compare.

I’m waiting for mine to arrive so pics to follow although my learned friend above takes fab shots!
I can5 seem to link videos from youku but there are some good vids of this now and it looks very good. Some show a matte dial effect but not sure if it’s gen grade yet.

Yes the XF is looking good all around. I hope the dial is as matte as the ARF.

To be fair I have the noob v10 126600 and its pretty good and arguably better than the arf in a lot of areas. I am leaning towards getting a vsf version if they release one because the noob crystal is pretty average

I’ve had both ARF and still have the noob and in my opinion, noob did an excellent job. Better than ARF. I had and posted a ton of pics in old threads comparing them and while you’re right about the noob crystal, most other details noob did very well.

The dial is a nice flat black like gen. The ARF was very glossy. The printing on the dial, especially the red were all better on noob. And then you get to details like the datewheel and movement and noob was a much better choice if you’re looking for similarity to gen.

Although this one looks decent. We shall see.

Would be good to check that the XF dial becomes ‘tropical’ in sunshine. I thought the ARF did that quite well. Not sure if Noob managed to get that right?

The Xf case looks very similar to noob with good cg’s. Arf cg’s close around the crown too much. I found the ARF bracelet fitted better on the noob case. I used noob dial las it was better but ARF hands were better. I used a gen 2824 movement with a gen dw as an overlay and added a gen crystal and gen insert. Here it was before I sold it.

I did regret it! I sold it as I intended buying the gen but things didn’t work out at the time and haven’t bothered since. I’ll see if this XF scratches the itch for a while.

I've received and accepted QC for my XF126600 a few minutes ago, thought I'd share with you guys. Like that dial, much better markers than ARF, SEL recess looks good too. Hands look a little flat, might be due to the lighting though.
