There are some TERRIBLE reps out there, I have owned a few in my time all of which have passed through my hands, well nearly all.. I found one just recently that had been stashed away a very long time ago... it is a real shitter! Must be 25years old at least.

Before I give it it's moment, let's see the shittest rep that you have in your collection. Maybe we can award the shittest watch owner with an annual forum badge or something lol.. :spit:

Not a terrible rep but for the day in age we are in I’d consider it that way. BK sub which believe is a noob v5 base. Got it in 2014 and wore it religiously for 3-4 years.

I had a really shitty two tone Daytona before that but unfortunately don’t have any pictures of it

Here is my worst POS.. The background to this one being it was given to me by a pal as we got ready at his place for a night out. It was already more or less in the condition it is in now because I never used it.. but by the looks of it, someone has had a lot of use from it. I acquired it around 20years ago, it must have been at least 5yr old then, maybe older.. Maybe some of you old timers will know more details.. doubtful.. this is before internet. I have no idea of the source.

On to the shitter..

It's a 18k Yacht. Poorly plated. Shit case and crown guards neither anything like gen. Crown has a cap on the end with a crown logo (not seen that for years!), bezel action is amazing, better than my ZZF V2 was lol..! Clasp is the worst you could imagine with stainless steel stamped upside down across the Rolex logo. No 18k hallmarks and LOL at those endlinks. Display back! - with a POS inside,but hey, its' automatic and it STILL WORKS! Wow! Nice open 6+9 date wheel but zero mag on the cyclops. Pins in the bracelet of course no screws here. Shit font on the dial, shiny rehaut.. etc. and there is much more..

BP 116234, I chose the cheapest option with the 2813 for a laugh as the advertised pictures looked nice. However the dial you get isn't the same as advertised (I'm assuming this is because I chose the cheapest option)

Overall not a bad watch but those dial markers are horrid.

I have a few of those too. I was trying to think what my worst rep was and I was thinking "main watch drawer" and then when I saw what were talking about I went to dig these up.


The white Daytona... It's meant to double as one of these games where you get the balls back in their designated spot. This watch you have to get the markers back in their spot.

My dad worked in Manhattan a long time ago and would bring us up to chinatown as kids and we'd see him buy some 10.00 watches and haggle. I have no idea when he got this Breitling. I don't ever remember him wearing it but he somehow always managed to just completely destroy watches. Like he put them in a wet bag filled with salt water or something, lol. No clue how he did it. I got this from him last year. Bezel action is pretty good. Plating on the case, not so good. Cool bracelet though. I just googled that reference number and nothing comes up. I'm surprised a giant turd didn't come up. Just noticed the arm hair stuck in the bezel. wonder how old that is and who that came from.

you know, this made me have to go find the other ones buried under clothes i don't wear in a drawer. These two were the only other ones not disintegrated by the unknown saltwater mixture. The "GMT Master" is quartz. Just started up the datejust and Im amazed it still works. Love the Made in China sticker on the GMT Master, lol. Much more important than the GMT hand.

Dang, I literally just threw away a two toned blue and gold quartz submariner from the mid 90's. I bought it in Hong Kong back in the day. When I found it in a box of old crap just before Christmas I had a good laugh and then promptly tossed it in the bin. Now I actually wish I'd have kept it just to share how utter crap it was!

However, I do still have the first rep I ever bought. I picked it up in the early 90's while in Korea. Not bad compared to the turd I just threw out.

Worst rep was a jacobs & co from Dubai, a gift from my aunt in the early 2000s

Think it was a jf-15- time zone

can’t believe I even wore the thing. Even if it was to appease her!

Looked like this. LOOOL.

I threw it in a draw at my parents and came across it some 15 years later during their house move, I remember the hands and metallic time zone surrounds had fallen off by then. It went in the bin.


I also later in got gifted a quartz cartier Santos which was okay I didn’t really wear watches then

And a blue dial Rolex day-date which must have ran on a 2183 as I remember the seconds ticking not sweeping.

Most ended up in the bin.

It’s the thought that counts eh!

My worst rep is an AP Royal Oak that my best friend got for me. He said "this is what you mean to me" when he handed it over, and actually had the bile to claim it was the real deal for about 30 seconds. This touching thought turned to bemusement and then insult when I realised that "what I meant to him" was a fucking $50 DH Gate Shitter. :xd:
