Hi guys yesterday I got the QC photos from Andrew of this BP..I accepted !! What do you think?

Looks like a good sample but BP had been putting the wrong clasp on these lately. The big crown clasps were never used on Jubilee bracelets on a 16710. They belong on rivet bracelets for the 1675.

Look at the thread I posted above for pics of two bracelets, each with correct clasps. The combination of Jubilee bracelet and Big Crown clasp was not used in gen 16710. Even the first gen 5 digit 16750 had the small crown oysterclasp on its Jubilee bracelet.

The Big Crown is a nice looking clasp, it just was not used on a gen 16710 with Jubilee.

It's true now I've seen the difference ... I'll have to find a correct claps !! I really liked this watch with the Jubilee !! even the bazzell is not fantastic is it? thanks a lot Kj2020

You don't HAVE TO change the clasp. I have one of these just like yours with no intention of changing it. You asked what people think, I was just telling you about that "period correctness" inaccuracy.

BP GMT inserts are pretty much the best rep or aftermarket ones you can get for 16710s. Many aftermarket ones have bad looking 2's where the top left curve overhangs the base (called top heavy or hanging 2's).

Two other big tells on most rep or aftermarket Rolex GMT inserts is the double digit number bases are not curved to follow the round insert/bezel curve - most noticeable at 22. And the dots between numerals are both too high and too big.

My gen

It's quite difficult to find a better Pepsi aluminum insert than the BP though, as it is not gen-spec size.

BP: 30.6/37.5
Gen: 30.6/37.65 (+/‐ .05)

there are some really nice aftermarket 1675 inserts but those have a much smaller inner diameter due to the plexi crystal.
