Hi I am from Germany and new.
I read a lot and did my homework, bu if I do a mistake in my first post , please correct me and don't be mean to me haha
So today I got my first Pictures.
The bezel looks like there are some scratches, what to u think, are there just dirty sometimes or should I ask the TD ?

turn these doubts to the TD you will see that he answers you surely
it just has to be cleaned well it happened to me too

Ceramic shouldn't scratch. I think it's stains bit as mentioyin the post above, ask your TD to clean it and to send you another picture to be sure.
