Maybe it’s just ng he lighting, but am hoping in real life the dial is darker and almost black... otherwise this is good.

While there are slight variations, I haven't seen any gen insert with remotely as thick of a font as that.

I have a side by side with gen and it does have fractionally thicker engravings than CF inserts and also the gen has what appears to be a thicker coating of platinum too especially on the digit edges to make it reflect and look more full in appearance. This is fact and not based on pictures! Gen is fitted to the watch. Cf insert is the from a V2s. Hopefully the 1-10 insert is nearer to gen.

It was a nice comparison of the LN (CF vs Gen), but the LV inserts are not the same. For the LN, VSF made their own insert. For the LV they’re using a new, thick numbered clean factory insert. Nevertheless it’s interesting to see the slightly thicker VSF CF LV insert. Makes me a little sad the hulk insert might be a little thick. Still excited for mine to finally ship lol.

You should read slowly before typing. He is making a comparison between a CF v2s (most likely a cf v1-4) insert and a gen insert (not a vsf insert)
even worse ... here we are talking about VSF Hulk Submariner 116610LV ... we fill the post with non-relevant things ...

Considering that the newer CF bezel is thicker, I think the comparison is still relevant imo... Regardless if is a LN. Don't know how you find a v2s bezel vs gen bezel not relevant mate lol

It does look very good but let's not jump to conclusions. The biggest tell on hulks is how the insert and even more so the dial react to light, which we can't tell from just one video

I might be blind, but I can’t really see the sunburst effect on that dial. He seems to be in coffee/drink shop with natural light hitting the dial too.
