I tried asking around, but I didn't get a precise answer: i116500LN white ARF Daytona has correct dial or not?
Thanks!

Better than Noob in terms of printing crispness/clarity, rounded maker indices and shine, better coronet shape at 12 and slightly better Daytona red font. However it’s got its own flaws compared to gen. Apparently there are 2 v2 batches, one batch has closer to gen sub-dial thickness.

Thanks, I was talking about latest V2, someone says the subdial thickness has been messed up again

The noob v4 seems to have correct size subdials but printing is a bit sloppy, the arf has crispier Print but subdials are a bit off....so pick your poison. Or hope that arf will make a new Panda with best dial to date but i haven't heard of any new Panda from them as of yet

Neither ARF or Noob has “correct” dials, they both have flaws but ARF’s have been consistently better than Noob’s. If you don’t care about a fully functioning chrono, then the ARF is generally accepted to be the best option.

May I ask if the subdials on the black ARF dials are less shiny compared to the Noob dial?

arf white dial is little yellow-white... best now is black noob v4 in my opinion!

ARF white is the creamy variant, the gens have also come in that shade before. So it is period correct. Noob v4 black is acceptable but both ARF white and black dials are still better than Noob.

If anyone can take these dials to next level, that would be CF but I don’t know if they are actively working on it now

The best 116500 dials are:

WHITE - ARF first version of V2 fat counters (now some new lots seem to have thinner counters like V1) it is more white than V1

BLACK - NOOB first version of V3 (only one lot came out) where counters are the right thickness and more opaque than current version V4 (too shiny for me, in fact the same dial V4 Noob also uses it for 116520)

Both of my watches are basic Noob + CF bezel + Gen gaaket + ARF bracelet (only removable parts)
