Yes, with this reasoning, for me the Daytona gen is not even worth the $ 15,000 list price. Many, many years ago I paid my first rolex sub about $ 800, the equivalent of a normal month's salary.

Here it is in this ugly pic. Years ago I changed the dial, the hands and the bezel but luckily I kept the old ones that are well maintained.

Thanks mate! For an enthusiast like you, I pulled the complete set of that era out of the drawer. Sooner or later I'll have the original dial, hands and bezel reassembled. When I replaced them I thought they were just old.

I want everything that you showed in the photo including the table, mate .That clasp and insert are simply objects of desire, it is my dream still to get such a complete original set one day but it is not so easy and very expensive now.

Here it is. Im completely satisfied with this and its definitely not a "fake noob" I don't see anything wrong with these at all in terms of QC. I already gave it the GL so heres the pics. A $998 V4.

Yep noob v4, Everything spot on,easy GL. And clearly is leftover stock ,you can see it from the blisters

No. Crooked 9 marker. Probably a previous QC reject.

Been sold a few times too looking at those stickers/wrappers.

It’s dirty too. I suspect this has been worn and had the stickers reapplied, look at the dirt/grime around the case back and on the SEL extremities?

Those are some nasty looking stickers. I'd give it a good wipe down before wearing!

I am not one to hate, but yeah it really is dirty packaging. Not like the QC I received from Trusty on my Noob V4.

However, if they went through the trouble to repackage it, you would think they at least they would have used clean wrappers?

Maybe the wrapper factory also has been raided. These stickers are old stock.

Is your new Noob v4 a recent buy at 998? Or did you buy before the raids?

I have 1x Noob v4 on the way from Dr. Time and 1x Noob v4 on the way from Trusty.

Both ordered Wednesday at roughly 950 USD each.
