Why would you ruin a GEN Dail worth a thousand Dollars or more by clipping the feet and glue it on a 7750 movement. Get a Noob SA4130 and straight swap the dial. By going this way you can Always sell the GEN dial at a much higher price than with clipped feet.

To answer your question, yes the subdial spacing is the same. However, the dial diameter will need to be thinned as it won't fit properly in a 7750 case. Don't cut the feet off the dial, just get a Noob SA4130 watch and swap dials. This way, you still retain the value of the gen dial.

Gen dial on a A7750 is "putting lipstick on a pig" lol.
