Yep, they did. V3 was the best case set so far for the DSSD (in my opinion),

      The DBlue will follow.
      Improvements ?
From the available photos including QC pictures, it appears that ARF have used the incorrect shorter hands from previous 116660 models, and NOT the updated longer hands, that Rolex have always used on the 126660. Perhaps this is being too fussy, although I think it is an obvious 'tell' to many Deepsea enthusiasts.
Another minor observation is that although the positioning of the lettering on the rehaut is quite good, the gen 126660 always has the 'K' ( in LOCK ) directly below and in line with the small Rolex crown, ARF have slightly misaligned this position, which is another fairly obvious 'tell' to enthusiasts.
Perhaps a less obvious 'tell' is the incorrect design of the crown guards, as they appear to be cut at a slightly different and 'bulkier' angle to the gen 126660.

That's very useful...and very disappointing! Especially if this has proven to be the case in QC pics.

Hello and yes especially as the ARF 116660 black dial V2 ( with the ARF version of the gen Mk 3 dial ) appears to be an excellent replica of the gen 116660. Perhaps ARF will at least install the correct elongated hands in subsequent versions of their 126660, as this is a basic and obvious 'tell'.
