I do not know whom he is getting the watch from - but I know he's been selling that model already many times, I saw it regularly in his "UK stock" in the past.
Can you message me his page please. I'm UK based too, so would be nice to know a local dealer / modder.

Really bud? You print dials with the same process as ROLEX?
Please do share your project dials with the forum.

No bro, I just print with the same technique but not dials. At least not yet, unless there would be need for it.
I wanted to make DW project on ETA 2824/36 for Datejust and Sub/gmt/SD, but then I saw some guy here started it and I thought he will do it. Since it never happened im reconsidering the whole idea again. Just this time ill do it no matter who else might do it cause I know I can make it 100% genlike.
And of course I wont forget to mention KJ2020 cause he gave me that idea in the first place.

I think there is LOTS of interest from rwi users on how-to print a dial in high quality. Would you care to share your expertise? I would like to custom print a dial as a birthday gift for a friend until next month, but I have no clue on how to print text / graphics on it.

Its not that easy bro, you dont do that for one piece. Preparation is everything and not a short process at all, especially in cases like this when you have to replicate something.
If there would be huge interest in one or two particular dials..... you know what I mean

Correct. JF are 316. ARF are exclusively 904. We will get an ARF 904L 16610 next round

Do you know when they will release it?

Maybe around 5000 pieces at least to start, and don't think you get to dictate spec, and won't get the level of QC you'd like unless you are willing to pay double to triple the price.

This clasp would probably have to still be 316 as the 5 digits were stamped and then folded into shape, not sure you can do that with 904L (but I am guessing) as the modern ones are milled.
I'd be more interested in just the head as something like this would merit frankening and putting a Gen bracelet on it. Just my thinking.
This is NOT correct. 904 is softer than 316 so it scratches way easier than 316L. 904 on the other hand does have a better corrosive resistance than 316 though. I know you probably read the first google result that came up, but you should read pass the first google result that comes up and verify a few more sources.

Doesn’t 904L have a higher chromium content that 316? Thats why it can achieve a higher shine on the polish, but would also make it harder? Wont be a lot in it, we’re not talking soft stainless vs hardened stainless but it should in theory be a touch harder?
