I know only about black data and red (only for some datejust)...... never seen a green data before and certainly never seen in a gmt.

Howitzer fantastic!! Thank you I was wrong... but really I have never seen for real a green data. (I think that only the first 116718 with green dial have a green data, or i’m wrong? Was a choose also for the last one? )

I have literally no idea, just had a few minutes and fancied doing some googling Can only find the green DW on black dial versions, but don't know for sure.

absolutely. Remember Rolex’s color is greeen and the LN gmt is littered with green accent. For years, green was always a color that represented something special in Rolex models. Like a green dial on a gmt which is only available in the full gold model. The Kermit which is the 50th anniversary addition. The green dial on Daytona models which is only available on full gold models and the same for daydates. And of course the green hulk too.
