Here is my first mod Job on GMT VR3186

Gen Dial
Gen glass
Gen bezel assembled
Gen datewheel

Next Job will be fully stripped movement and add Gen parts

I used Full bezel set so I don’t know if Gen bezel will fit the Rep bezel ring or not ?

The Gen datewheel work perfectly no flaw

I wonder if a gen dw will fit ARF also lol

If you lift up the stud holding the datewheel it will let datewheel move freely

But even then the keyless cover on Sh3135 doesn’t work properly so datehwheel gona get stuck sometimes

Is that a known problem with the ARF? Damn I was thinking of getting an ARF and modding it... looks like VRF is the way to go lol

In my opinion SH is disaster , VRF3135 -3186 very good

But ARF sub Case is the best case at the minute

If you able to get combo of ARF sub with Clean Insert , vR3135 serviced and gen datewheel it will be good

Thanks for those pics. It shows these movements are actually a clone of the 3185 rather than the 3186.
