Noob V6s A2836 - Movement stopped? Options?

My 2-3 year old Noob v6s has finally stopped altogether and it seems like the stem now has a "stiff/stuck" feeling when I try to manually wind it. How much would something like this be worth? How much would it cost for a watchsmith to just completely overhaul it? Is there an option to send it in anywhere to get revamped with newer parts?

I would do what jcher suggests, swap in a gen Swiss ETA. I did that with my Noob V7 and I don’t regret it at all.

What would this watch be worth roughly if I just wanted to sell it as it sits on the forums for sale section? Like 150-200? Idk what to value it at if i just wanted to get rid of it
