Dial is indeed from a 16700, Swiss only dials were only made for two years. Lots of good info here

The 93150 and 93250 bracelets were both used on gen 5 digit GMTs. My gen 1990 16710 came from Rolex with a 93250 bracelet and clasp, complete with a diver's extension. I have no idea why but it turned out to be a real benefit to me since the bracelet only had 10 links so the extra length clasp was a necessity.
What hands are those?
If you are looking for a reliable movement, I would go with a 2836 ICHS GMT modded clone movement.
IMO CHS is overhyped, no one has ever asked me about the hand stack on my watch in the 30 years I've owned it.
Helenarou sells a nice one with a usable DWO, but their stock is often out. They also offer a gen Swiss 2836 with GMT mod bits. Email them for stock update.

Another good movement

Email him for how to pay. I've bought from Bosshua007 many times, he's great.
You can also find these on ebay, Boss sells there too but usually a little higher price
For your Franken build, I would avoid
Anything DG related - a Franken deserves better
Anything CHS - both the ETA and the DG are timebombs
The new VRF or ARF real CHS clones most likely will not fit in this case, although some skilled watchmakers can probably do this with some custom work. Also an SH3135 with custom GMT mods might work, but these movements are built with gen parts and can run into $1K
