Here are pictures that I've taken myself from the noob v10 VS my own gen from 2017. Gen is with date on 25 and most of the time on the right side
Findings:
- v10 caseback is sticking out
- bezel color is really really good!
- bezel font of gen is thicker. Same depth tho
- lug is slightly thinner on v10
- datewheel is very good
- best sel recession I've ever seen and I had both the V6s and the arf
- clasp is shit, replace it with arf
- brushing on Gen is more fine
- bracelet of v10 needs a baby oil bath, feels and sounds like a filmsy toy atm
- bezel click and feeling is shit, sounds and feels way worse than my old arf
UPDATE 26-11-19 under a microscope:
Under a microsope:
(Font is indeed fatter than gen on dial)
Noob:
Gen:
Some new findings after opening the case: - Bezel assembly is like gen, bezel insert is pressure fitted and has the steel ring underneath it
- Bezel insert itself is now also fully closed from the back. I've seen noobs in the past that had a hole at the pearl in the back of the bezel.
- case crystal ring (the area that is part of the case and where the crystal gasket sits around) is smaller than gen it seems. I tried adding a gen crystal with gen gasket but there was a lot of play and I could move the whole from left to right instead of just being able to move it around in circles. So i kept using the rep crystal gasket
- reversing wheels seem to be lacquered, not sure tho but in the past they always seemed a bit more matt and the paint looked thick. This one has a bit more shine to it.
- Balance spring seems to be blue
- movement finishing seems a bit better compared to previous movements
- KIF schockspring used here (gold colored)
