ARF have rounded markers and thin DW fonts?
As far as I know, only ZZF have rounded markers. And I'm not sure if ARF has finally finished up their thick font DW and is now using the thin ones again (I hope they are..)

I was actually wondering about this and was going to post a thread asking about it. I've seen so much miscommunication regarding what the current situation with the DW on ARF Subs is. I'm interested in an ARF 116610LN 2824 as a great OOTB rep, but I'm turned off by the cartoonish DW font. Everyone says to just do a DW overlay as a fix, but then this defeats the purpose of OOTB. If I want to mod, then I'll just go ARF SH3135 and service the movement and replace the reversing wheels, and now I have a great rep with the option to franken down the line if I so choose to. I've seen people stating that the DW issue on the LN has been fixed, then others saying it was never fixed it's just that some have the issue and others don't, and even others saying the issue only applied to the 3135 version and not the 2824. Then I've even some saying it's the other way around, that the issue applied to the 2824 and not the 3135, and still others saying it was the 3135 but it wax fixed with the SH3135V2. I have a headache haha

Yea but as you can see they see form trustys and puretimes photos that tueu switched backed to SA3135

I highly doubt that but hey there is still slim chance maybe those were prototype photos. If v10 has vr3135 im buying it. That would be a nice upgrade compared to my v6s

I have an month old ARF SH3135 v2 that have had service and 4ATM waterproof recently, really happy so far OOTB
So there I no need for me to sell and get the v10 ?

I’ve have my watch smith from Finland taking care of the DWO, only service and waterproof beside that
but if the reviews of the noob v10 is proven to be better, one might consider also getting that one

Don't. Your ARF is better IMO. Just get gen xtal installed and you will be good to go.
How much difference is there with/without gen xtal ?
And how much do they usually sell for nowadays ?

It's a pretty drastic difference if you ask me...a must have upgrade if you really want gen looking sub.
goes around 300~350 depends on condition and seller.

This is my V9 with gen xtal and dw. It is a complete different look from noob. I think it's a must upgrade on all noobs lol
