I’ve seen some gens on Instagram with misaligned rehauts. Even Rolex have flaws.

I think it is just move the dial a bit untill it aligns, as the misalignment is normally very subtle.

Mine is sligthly to the left and will solve it when it arrives

Rehaut alignment is really a 5 minute fix. Loosen the movement holder clamps a bit, align, screw down again. Done.

Just make sure you are not putting stress on the stem by rotating the movement and dial. This mod is good only for very small corrections. A straight, unstressed stem is way more important than rehaut alignment. Rotating the movement will also change the date window position and alignment with the cyclops. Something to watch for if doing this.

I think that's a reflection off the crystal or refraction through it rather than there being a color difference in the insert itself. I've seen it in a gen pic also.

I wouldn't say they're terrible. He has a new AR cyclops crystal out with the AR between the cyclops and the crystal. So it can never get scratched, which AR does quite easily. This Clark AR cyclops crystal is considerably better than my gen 5 digit GMT crystal, and better than a whole lot of rep factory crystals. Easy cheap upgrade for a lot of reps. And never a crooked cyclops that I've seen. Of course it can't compare to a 6 digit gen crystal with AR cyclops but at 1/10 the cost, I'll be buying a few more of them.

I Second that I have a few of the newer ones and the cyclops mag is surprisingly close to gen depending on gasket hight. Great alternative for the cost. The latest one I received had a more parallel edged cyclops than the prof crystal

I can’t get the bezel insert to look red at all no matter the lighting conditions. It’s ALWAYS MUDDY... is this normal for any of the Mk1, mk2 or mk3 gens?

The one on Rolex website currently looks quite close to this muddy colour and in chronological there are a few REALLY muddy looking inserts.

Some of the BLRO experts please offer your thoughts. I still love it, rehaut is amazing, Crystal will get swooped for a gen or Clark’s and DW deffo going gen.
