Hi!!!
I recently got a submariner rep, the movement is a JH3135.
The date wheel was stuck so i opened the watch, removed hands, some parts, got the wheel back and managed to have it working :)
but now i have a very hard time calibrating the watch.
I use tg timer on a laptop with a good microphone.
i tuned the 2 beat and the rate and managed to get good results :

but i have a very strange problem :
my watch keeps good time at night but looses 10 minute at day...
yesterday at 7pm i set the watch to correct time and fully rewind it.
i checked the calibration, it's ok (4 s/d)
i put the watch in a quiet place.
in the morning at 7am the watch is ok (maybe 1 min off).
I leave the watch quiet.
on the evening, at 7pm, the watch is 10 min late !!!!
and when i check the calibration, it seems ok !!!

So at somes times i lost 10 min but then the watch went to is normal speed ?
I'm really lost here...

Losing 60 seconds in 12 hours is not OK, losing 10 minutes isn't OK either.

Sounds like you broke it.

When does the date change - at what time ?

The balance wheel in your watch movement, or hairspring, or both are messed up. You likely touched it the wrong way when you worked on the date wheel.

The date wheel shouldn't take 3 1/2 hours to flip over - it should snap over cleanly.
