Question regarding 116710LN Insert (gen?)

Hey guys. Im not an expert in identifying gen parts. But I recently stumbled across this gen bezel. Does it look gen to you?

It looks gen, rep bezels usually do not have the same oval hole design on the underside. It's not a complete assembly shown in those pics, there is a flat tension ring and a wire ring with post clicks on it. Also not seeing the hyrtel ring inside the bezel groove.

Can I still fit the bezel on a Noob CHS if its not the complete set with the tension ring etc?

You might be able to get away with using a rep tension ring and even the click post wire (never tried it) but I wouldn't buy it if if doesn't have the gen hyrtel gasket. Those are near impossible to source and there are no good substitutes.
