Gold bezel paint mod recommendations

I'm looking to paint the bezel markers of the GMF 116713, what paints do you recommend?

I've done a lot of paint mods. Best results I got were from simply using Krylon spray paint + primer in one. You can read about it here if interested. I made several posts discussing it.

I am also going to try painting gold on an insert. I haven't started looking for a color choice yet but it will be a metallic gold of some sort.

That might be too much of a traditional gold, the Rolex inserts have a more yellow hue. Krylon has a family of yellow colors. I'll compare a bunch in a craft store.

I’d go heavier duty than craft paints. Find a car paint color that looks close then get the touch-up pen.

I don't have a spray gun, so I'm stuck using pre-mixed spray enamel. Krylon is good stuff, my Batman mod hasn't shown a bit of wear in 3 months. I like the uniformity of spray vs hand applied.

Hmm, that looks interesting. I like the idea of a built in clear coat. Might be expensive to try several colors, might have to look at it further.

Wow bro, I didn't know you were on the other side of the world. That's a little much for this little project, maybe someone closer to you would want to take advantage. Sure nice of you to offer, I can practice on an old silver marker insert. The possibility of turning one into something usable was a definite incentive though.
