You can fix that with a correct size springbar. I think it is 13mm. You can search the forum, this issue has come up before or maybe someone else can chime in. Alternately you can buy an assortment box of springbars and find the right size. They are cheap on ebay.

BTW, SELs are all wrong for a Tudor Snowflake. What you really need is a 93150 with the detachable end pieces. A Tudor emblem on the clasp would also be good, but I have no idea where you'd find one.
