Depending on how much polishing you need to do, I use a dremel tool, felt pad and the dremel supplied polishing compound for heavier scratches. I finish up with Cape Cod, or just use that for lighter scratches.

I try to keep all my PCLs and bezels looking good. It's easier to keep them out of harm's way so I keep an imaginary protective bubble around my watches - nothing touches them if I'm doing things right. Sounds like a hassle I know but I've done it for 30 years since I bought my first gen and it's very second nature now.

I use mother's mag and a Dremel tool. It won't get the deep scratches out but does on everything else. Don't put too much pressure on it tho.
